Emergencies 

We have dedicated slots set aside every day if you have a dental emergency and will see you as soon as we can but always within 24 hours of you calling the practice.  

Failure to attend 

Please try to give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. Everyone forgets an appointment now and again, but if this occurs regularly or we get less than 24 hours’ notice, there may be a charge as it is potentially preventing another patient from attending that appointment time. 
Above all, we are there to treat the people of Kilwinning, Irvine and the wider areas of North Ayrshire with as much care and attention as possible and if you feel that there is anything that we could do to improve our service, we would like you to tell us. We are always open to suggestions and are constantly striving to make the whole experience beneficial to you. Hopefully you are happy with the service we provide but if ever you feel that you aren’t, please first contact James Harvey the practice manager and we will endeavour to rectify this for you.

Are you unhappy or have concerns about any aspect of your care? If so, we have a Practice Complaints Procedure to enable us to deal with complaints in line with the NHS Complaints Procedure. Any member of staff can give you details and a copy of our procedure on request.
